Ordering takes five steps: send your requirements, get a tailored quote within 24 hours, approve a physical sample (7–10 days, cost credited against your order), production with piece-by-piece quality control (2–4 weeks), then tracked worldwide delivery. Minimums start at 10–25 pieces depending on the product.

Share your requirements
Use the quote form or WhatsApp to tell us what you need: the product, estimated quantity, colours, and any customization — embroidery, prints, patches, labels. Attach your logo or design files if you have them; rough sketches are fine too.

Receive your tailored quote
Within 24 hours you'll get a detailed quote covering material options, decoration methods, per-unit pricing at your quantity, sampling cost and production lead time. No obligation — refine the spec with us until it's right.

Approve a pre-production sample
Before full production, we make a physical sample to your spec and ship it to you (or share detailed photos and video). You check the fit, fabric, colours and branding — production only starts once you sign it off.

Production & quality control
Your order goes into production with in-line inspection at every stage: fabric relaxing and cutting, stitching, decoration, and a final piece-by-piece check before packing.

Worldwide delivery
We pack to your requirements (polybags, hang tags, retail boxes) and ship via tracked express or freight — whichever suits your timeline and budget. Export paperwork is handled for you.
MOQs & lead times
Realistic minimums and timings per category. Larger runs unlock better per-unit pricing — your quote shows the exact breakdown for your quantity.

Our sample policy
Every bulk order starts with a sample. We produce a physical pre-production sample to your exact spec — fabric, colours, decoration, labels — and ship it to you or share detailed photos and video.
Sample costs are credited. You pay for the sample and its shipping; when you confirm the bulk order, that amount is deducted from your invoice. If we got something wrong against the agreed spec, the revision is on us.
Production only starts on your sign-off. Nothing is cut in bulk until you've approved the sample in writing.

Common questions
- What are your minimum order quantities?
- Most apparel starts at 25 pieces per design; leather goods and fight gear from 10. Larger quantities unlock better per-unit pricing — your quote will show the breakdown.
- Why is there no pricing on the website?
- Because every order is genuinely custom. Price depends on fabric or leather grade, decoration method, sizes and quantity — a fixed price list would either overcharge you or cut corners. A tailored quote is fairer and takes less than a day.
- Can you match a product I already have?
- Yes. Send photos or ship us a reference piece and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern, suggest matching materials and produce a counter sample.
- How long does production take?
- Sampling typically takes 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and decoration, plus shipping. Rush options are available — mention your deadline in the quote request.
- Do I need a tech pack to order?
- No — a sketch, reference photos or even a clear description is enough to start; our design team fills in the technical details. If you'd like to prepare one anyway, grab our free tech pack template.
- Do you offer reorder discounts?
- Yes. Once your patterns, artwork and specs are on file, repeat runs are faster and cheaper — reorders skip sampling and receive preferential pricing. Most of our clients are teams and brands who come back every season.
