You don't need a 500-piece order to get a product made properly. We cut, sew and decorate to your design from 10 pieces per style — and once you reach 20, you're on our best per-unit pricing.

Orders of 10–19 pieces are a small batch at a higher per-unit price; the best per-unit pricing starts at 20 pieces, with further savings from 50. Socks and headwear start at 25. Questions we hear about small orders
- Can I order just 10 pieces?
- Yes. 10 pieces per style is our minimum on every product line except socks and headwear, which start at 25. Small batches cost more per piece than larger runs because setup is spread over fewer units.
- How much cheaper is it at 20 pieces?
- It depends on the product and decoration, so we don't publish a figure. Every quote shows the per-unit price at the small-batch, standard and volume tiers side by side.
- Why does a small order cost more per piece?
- Pattern making, sampling, screens, embroidery digitising and machine setup cost the same whether we make 10 pieces or 500. On a small run that fixed cost is shared between fewer pieces.
- Do I still get a sample on a small order?
- Yes. Every order starts with a pre-production sample you approve, and the sample cost is credited against the order.
