- What are your minimum order quantities?
- Minimum order is 10 pieces per style on every product line, and our best per-unit pricing starts at 20 pieces. Socks and headwear start at 25. Orders of 10–19 pieces are welcome at a higher per-unit price — your quote shows the price at each tier.
- Can I order just 10 pieces?
- Yes. 10 pieces per style is our minimum on every product line except socks and headwear, which start at 25. A small batch goes through the same sampling, production and quality control as a large run; only the per-unit price is higher.
- What quantity gets the best price?
- Our best per-unit pricing starts at 20 pieces per style, and there are further savings from 50 pieces. Your quote shows the per-unit price at each tier so you can choose the quantity that suits your budget.
- Why does a small order cost more per piece?
- Pattern making, sampling, print screens, embroidery digitising and machine setup cost the same whether we make 10 pieces or 500. On a small run that fixed cost is shared between fewer pieces.
- Can I mix sizes within the minimum?
- Yes. Within one style you can spread the pieces across sizes. Splitting a style across colourways is often possible at slightly higher totals — ask in your quote request.
- Why is there no price list on the website?
- Because every order is genuinely custom. Price depends on fabric or leather grade, decoration method, sizes and quantity — a fixed price list would either overcharge you or cut corners. What is fixed is the structure: a small-batch price from 10 pieces, our best per-unit price from 20, and further savings from 50. A tailored quote takes less than a day.
Samples & production
- Do I get a sample before production?
- Yes. Every order starts with a physical pre-production sample made to your spec, which takes 7–10 days. You pay for the sample and its shipping, and that amount is credited against your order. Nothing is cut in bulk until you approve it.
- How long does production take?
- Sampling typically takes 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and decoration, plus shipping. Rush options are available — mention your deadline in the quote request.
- Do I need a tech pack to order?
- No — a sketch, reference photos or even a clear description is enough to start; our design team fills in the technical details. A free tech pack template is available if you'd like to prepare one.
- Can you match a product I already have?
- Yes. Send photos or ship us a reference piece and we'll reverse-engineer the pattern, suggest matching materials and produce a counter sample.
Shipping & reorders
- Where are you based, and where do you ship?
- SeamFoundry manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and ships worldwide by tracked express courier or freight. Export paperwork is handled for you.
- Can you quote delivered to my door?
- Yes. We can quote FOB (you arrange freight and import duties) or DDP (shipping, duties and delivery to your door included). Tell us your destination country in the quote request.
- Do you offer reorder discounts?
- Yes. Once your patterns, artwork and specs are on file, repeat runs are faster and cheaper — reorders skip sampling and receive preferential pricing. Most of our clients are teams and brands who come back every season.
